Context

As Marketing Manager, I worked across brand, acquisition, admissions support, partnerships, events, content, and field outreach. The market required both digital reach and high-touch conversion activity because choosing a college is a longer, trust-heavy decision.

Selected outcomes

1,946Leads generated from a major education expo activation.
44Schools reached in Bekasi within one month.
Rp6.5KMeta Ads CPM achieved during a 2025–2026 campaign period.
79.7KInstagram views through a local-media collaboration.

What the role required

The marketing system could not rely on one channel. We combined paid acquisition, direct school outreach, employee and student referrals, walk-in interest, partnerships, events, media collaboration, webinars, and lead nurturing.

What I learned about lead generation

High lead volume does not automatically become enrollment. The biggest operational lesson was the need to connect acquisition source, lead quality, nurturing speed, sales/admissions follow-up, offer clarity, and conversion data.

Campaign and partnership work

Projects included Youth Fest, Spektrum, PBYF, webinars, career-oriented events, and collaborations with brands and industry partners. Those activities were designed not only for awareness, but also to create reasons for prospective students and parents to engage with the institution.

Management layer

The role also involved team leadership, task prioritization, campaign review, cross-department coordination, reporting, and balancing long-term brand work with short-term enrollment targets.

Portfolio lesson: acquisition is only the first half of growth. The conversion system—people, speed, data, message, and follow-up—decides whether marketing activity becomes revenue.
